Every engagement is different because every problem is different. We scope work to what the situation actually requires, not to a pre-built package.
If your AI output is going to customers, into reports, or driving decisions, it needs a verification layer. We build protocols that classify output by risk, catch hallucinations before they propagate, and reduce unprocessed content across multi-turn workflows. The systems are tested empirically and validated against production data before deployment.
Governance that lives in a policy document won't survive production. We design governance as architecture: scope boundaries, authority hierarchies, routing rules, and contradiction logging built into the system itself. When systems conflict, resolution rules are predetermined. When conclusions contradict, both are preserved. The goal is making the most common failure modes statistically unlikely by design.
We build AI systems that operate inside real-world constraints. Franchise compliance, regulatory requirements, operational boundaries. The AI handles the analytical work on the backend. End users interact through clean interfaces without ever touching the infrastructure. We build for the constraint first, then optimize within it.
Not every project should be built. We evaluate viability with the same rigor we apply to building. If the economics justify continued investment, we'll tell you exactly what it takes to get there. If they don't, we'll tell you that too, with a full assessment of what worked, what didn't, and why walking away is the right call. The assessment itself has value regardless of the conclusion.
No open-ended discovery phases. No strategy documents that gather dust. Every engagement has defined deliverables, clear milestones, and an end state the client can operate independently.
Every engagement is scoped and priced to the specific problem. No hourly billing. No open-ended timelines.
If your problem doesn't fit neatly into any of the categories above, reach out anyway. The work I find most interesting is the work I haven't seen before. Every system in the portfolio started as a problem nobody had a framework for. I built the framework because the problem was worth solving.
If you've got something unusual, something that doesn't have an obvious playbook, that's not a reason to hesitate. That's the kind of work I want to hear about.
Tell us what you're dealing with. We'll tell you whether it's something we can help with and what it would take.
