Contract-based consulting. Scoped to the problem, not a menu.

Every engagement is different because every problem is different. We scope work to what the situation actually requires, not to a pre-built package.

AI Verification and Optimization
For organizations running LLM workflows in production

If your AI output is going to customers, into reports, or driving decisions, it needs a verification layer. We build protocols that classify output by risk, catch hallucinations before they propagate, and reduce unprocessed content across multi-turn workflows. The systems are tested empirically and validated against production data before deployment.

AI Governance Architecture
For organizations scaling AI across multiple workflows or business units

Governance that lives in a policy document won't survive production. We design governance as architecture: scope boundaries, authority hierarchies, routing rules, and contradiction logging built into the system itself. When systems conflict, resolution rules are predetermined. When conclusions contradict, both are preserved. The goal is making the most common failure modes statistically unlikely by design.

AI-Powered Operational Systems
For businesses that need AI working inside compliance and operational constraints

We build AI systems that operate inside real-world constraints. Franchise compliance, regulatory requirements, operational boundaries. The AI handles the analytical work on the backend. End users interact through clean interfaces without ever touching the infrastructure. We build for the constraint first, then optimize within it.

Feasibility Evaluation
For ideas that need honest analysis before investment

Not every project should be built. We evaluate viability with the same rigor we apply to building. If the economics justify continued investment, we'll tell you exactly what it takes to get there. If they don't, we'll tell you that too, with a full assessment of what worked, what didn't, and why walking away is the right call. The assessment itself has value regardless of the conclusion.

Scoped to the problem. Delivered against milestones.

No open-ended discovery phases. No strategy documents that gather dust. Every engagement has defined deliverables, clear milestones, and an end state the client can operate independently.

01
Scope
Define the problem, the constraints, and what success looks like. If the problem isn't worth solving at the price it takes, we'll say so here.
02
Build
Design and build the system against defined milestones. Governance, verification, and compliance architecture go in during this phase, not after.
03
Validate
Test against production data. If the numbers don't hold up, we adjust or recommend killing it. No deployment until validation passes.
04
Deliver
Full handoff with documentation. The client operates the system independently. No vendor lock-in, no dependency on us to keep it running.
Engagement Model

Contract-based. No retainers unless you need one.

Every engagement is scoped and priced to the specific problem. No hourly billing. No open-ended timelines.

Milestone-gated delivery
Payments tied to defined deliverables at each phase. You pay for working output, not hours spent.
Full IP transfer
All code, documentation, architectures, and deliverables transfer to you at engagement close. No proprietary lock-in.
Operational handoff
Every engagement includes documentation and handoff designed so your team can operate independently. We build systems you own, not dependencies you can't escape.
Honest scoping
If the problem doesn't justify the investment, we'll tell you during scoping. No engagement starts without both sides understanding exactly what's being built and why.
Ryan

If your problem doesn't fit neatly into any of the categories above, reach out anyway. The work I find most interesting is the work I haven't seen before. Every system in the portfolio started as a problem nobody had a framework for. I built the framework because the problem was worth solving.

If you've got something unusual, something that doesn't have an obvious playbook, that's not a reason to hesitate. That's the kind of work I want to hear about.
